做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的(de )鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
