做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油(yóu )六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转中小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
