做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
