做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
