做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
