做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
