做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
