做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
