做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
