做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
