做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
