做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
