做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
