做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
