做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
