做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
