做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
