做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈(chén )皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
