做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
