做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
