做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
