做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
