做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
