做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
