做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
