做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
