做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
