做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即(jí )可(kě )品尝。 -
