做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
