做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
