做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
