做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的(de )清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
