做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
