做法:洗(xǐ )净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可(kě )品尝(cháng )。 -
