做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
