做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
