做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
