做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
