做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
