做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
