做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
