做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
