做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
