做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
