做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
