做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
