做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
