做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
