做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
