做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
